How do I become a Member?
Do I need to pay for special events?
No, Members receive free admission and priority access to all special events. Note: you must register your name on guest list 24 hours before the event. offers are limited.
Do I need to pay to be part of TV program?
No, your membership allows you to our TV program for free. However 1st thirty to book will be selected. So book your interest upon your availability.
I have just joined as a Member and want to visit the special event today. Is the Membership valid straight away?
Yes, Membership is valid from the moment of registration. If you have joined onsite, you will be given a temporary Membership number which can be used for immediate entry into the special event. But since you must be on guest list 24 hours before the event your membership will be validated for our next event.
Are there any special events for Members?
There are 2 Members’ evenings and a series of Members’ parties each year where members meet and have fun. There is also a membership annual end year Meeting/party where you can explore and have a say about how we run our programmes Information about these events will be sent to you in advance.
Do Members get special rates to events?
Members receive the concession price to all paid events and get special treatment.
How do I find out about special offers?

Can I lend my Membership card to a friend?
Only the named Member may use their Membership card. However, you can share your enjoyment with a friend or family member who is 18 years and above by inviting them to join our membership. As a Member, how do I find out about forthcoming events?
Every two months you will receive a What’s on guide to keep you up-to-date with our events and tv programs as well as three editions a year of the iPartyAfrica Magazine, full of interesting articles on the permanent collection and forthcoming shows.
How long does my Membership last for?
Your membership is subject to review annually, we will automatically renew your membership if we are convince enough to welcome you back or let you know we will no longer admit you as a member. IPartyAfrica Ltd reserve the right to withdraw it membership if misuse in any form contrary to our membership agreement. This does not affect your statutory right.
What should I do if I lose my Membership card?
Members need to bring their cards to ensure free entry to events. To order a replacement card please telephone the Membership Office on 07405809610 or email us at email@example.com with your membership number, surname or post code and we will print a new card and send it as soon as possible.
How can I find out about becoming a patron?
